Additionally, Standard flats are available in Yishun and the new Woodlands North Coast precinct.

  • Price (excluding grants):
    • Two-room Flexi: S$211,000 – S$364,000
    • Three-room: S$399,000 – S$519,000
    • Four-room: S$548,000 – S$727,000
  • Subsidy Clawback: 9% upon resale
  • Expected Demand: High, based on past applications for Tanjong Rhu projects

Chencharu Vines & Chencharu Greens: Affordable Homes in Yishun

  • Location: Separated by Bah Soon Pah Road, near Khatib MRT
  • Units: 1,531 flats (two-room Flexi, three-room, four-room, five-room)
  • Wait Time: 37 months (shortest in this launch)
  • Key Amenities: Supermarket, preschool, network center

  • Flat applications open: Feb 10 – Feb 17, 2025
  • Apply via: HDB Flat Portal
  • HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter required
  • Non-selection rule: Applicants who receive a queue number but do not book a flat will be ineligible for future exercises until their booking appointment has passed.

 

July 2025 BTO Launch: What’s Next?

Due to the high volume of applications in February, the next BTO launch will take place in July 2025. HDB plans to offer around 5,400 flats in Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang, Clementi, Sembawang, Tampines, Toa Payoh, and Woodlands.
