Getting a good night sleep is incredibly important for our health. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. It is known to reduce stress and improve our mood. We are able to think more clearly and do better in school and at work. Sleep can boost our immune system so we get sick less often. Poor sleep is usually linked to weight gain. People who with short sleep duration tend to weigh significantly more than those who get enough sleep.
Exercising able to improve our mental health and mood. It will help us control our weight and reduce our risk of heart diseases. It will help our body manage blood sugar and manage our insulin levels. Studies even show exercising consistently boost confidence. And when our body image improved, we felt more confident.
